科研方向:课题组开展天然化合物的分子修饰及其抗肿瘤活性的研究,主要是设计合成甘草次酸和姜黄素的新型衍生物,并通过MTT法考查其抗癌活性,目的是获得高效低毒的抗癌前药,进而深入研究药物的作用机理和作用靶点,对中药发展和新药开发具有重要作用。

现阶段科研项目:

1.山东省自然科学基金面上项目《抗生物附着活性原花青素类天然产物的合成研究》。

2.山东省重点研发计划项目《甘草次酸衍生物取代吉非替尼前药的研发》。

3.靶向性多功能抗癌活性三萜类衍生物前药的研发。
